2 cup California walnuts
1 cup water

Description

Walnuts and water pureed into a light and airy “cream”. A great dairy substitute and thickener for spreads, sauces, and desserts alike.

Preparation

Walnut Cream

Puree walnuts and water in a blender or food processor until very smooth and light and fluffy.

Cover and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
