Ingredients

40.54 % honey
39.09 % walnut meal
9.05 % water
7.24 % apple cider vinegar (40 grain)
2.53 % mustard seeds (cracked and ground)
1.09 % mustard powder
0.36 % salt
0.11 % turmeric

Application: Sauce and spread thickeners

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in an industrial mix tank at low speed.

Cold fill into sterile containers.

Store refrigerated.
