Application: Dips and spreads
Feed walnuts, salt, sugar and vegetable oil into a mill.
Keep milling temperature between 74 to 90 °C to prevent burning and rancidity.
Pass nut butter through an aerator to remove trapped air.
Run final smooth product through heat exchanger to cool finished walnut spread product.
Fill into jars and bottles.
